The location was great. Many restaurants are in the vicinity. It is also a short walk to the ferries and the Marmaray if you want to go over to the asian side.. Our room had a great view of the Bosphorus. The hotel is everything was super clean.
Basics were there, shampoo and soap were in wall-mounted containers. There was NO other toiletry such as lotion or bar soap. Room service was not consistent. Some days I found no powdered coffee and other days there was no tissue available.

the staff was very friendly and always helpful. ali and mr mohammed especially. the location is excellent, right next to sirkeci station. they recommended great eating places and areas to explore.

the hotel has an excellent location close to the sirkeci train station. many major historic attractions, the grand bazaar, and subway access are within an easy walk. galata area and water buses to the asian side are also quite accessible.

The staff was super friendly. Manager mr medeni and mr utkan were cute. the neighborhood is great too. the hotel was very clean.
basics were there with shampoo and soap in wall-mounted containers. there was no lotion or bar soap provided. powdered coffee was not always replenished and tissue was sometimes missing. sometimes there was only one robe.

housekeeping inconsistencyobstructed view
I found a couple of issues that dampened my stay. the main one was housekeeping inconsistency (this was annoying). some days the coffee wasn't replenished, other times tissues were missing, and once i only received one robe. also, my room overlooked a fairly busy train station. The view was partially obstructed (i could see the water, but it wasn't ideal).
